You will report to the IT Director of eCommerce Product Management to help bridge the gap between the business needs and the technical requirements for system enhancement projects & requests. You will work in partnership with business leaders to identify & implement solutions within our ecommerce applications and create next-generation site features. You will be responsible for the analysis of solution requirements, communication of these requirements to the development team, investigation of issues, and the facilitation of testing and ensuring quality of technical changes. You’ll be joining a team of skilled professionals including .NET & Front-End Developers, Solution Architects, and Operational & Financial Product Managers.  This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with the right balance of technical and communication skills.   This is a fully remote position

Summary Work closely with IT system administrators and developers to assist in designing, deploying, and supporting cloud based and on premises solutions that adhere to security best practices. Provide support for Windows Server based multitier applications with cloud based and on premises components. Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. Responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.  Position may require 10-20% travel time.

The Furniture Project Manager is the point of contact for customer for all aspects of assigned contract furniture projects from inception of project to final close-out and invoicing. This indivudal plans, coordinates, and oversees all plan revisions, approvals, orders, scheduling, and delivery of furniture from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction.     For candidates based in New York State, this position’s starting salary range typically pays between $55,000 - $95,000.
