Copier/Printer Technician

The service technician will be responsible for the repair of laser printers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in own vehicle to successfully diagnose and repair black/white and color laser printers.


• Perform other duties in support of Client Services/Sales operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• HP certification a plus.


• Extensive technical and operational knowledge of laser printers.


• Excellent customer service skill required.


• High level of follow-through and attention to detail.


• Team player with a positive attitude.


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to “think on your” feet in a fast paced environment.


• Basic computer & mathematic skills.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Two years minimum experience servicing HP, Lexmark, Xerox and additional other OEM laser printers
